The first known double-bladed lightsaber in the Star Wars universe is Dark Lord Exar Kun’s. Originally modified from a standard lightsaber, Exar Kun’s weapon gave him a significant edge over his opponents, especially during the fight against his former master. Is neopixel or RGB better for a double bladed lightsaber?

In general, Neopixel lightsabers have better sound effects and light shows. They have individually addressed LEDs that help them show colors better. But, this feature makes them a little bit risky for rough duels, as a wrong hit can damage the LED. RGB blades, on the other hand, are really strong, but lacks the colorful display.

Hence, if you want overall greatness, then Neopixel is the perfect choice. But, if you are a dedicated dueler, choose the RGB.
