Contact Us Before Returning

Do not return items to the label on your shipping package.
Please email support@ycsabers.com to obtain the correct return address for your region.


Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • All packaging and accessories must be included

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Items are returned damaged or incomplete

  • Return is requested after 30 days (if accepted)


Regional Return Policy Notes

European Union Countries (e.g., Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, etc.)
In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in EU countries are entitled to a minimum 14-day return period. Our global return policy extends this to 30 days, offering additional flexibility and peace of mind.

Brazil
In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor), customers in Brazil are entitled to a minimum 7-day withdrawal period from the date of product receipt. Our 30-day global return policy exceeds this standard.

Taiwan
According to the Fair Trade and Consumer Protection Law in Taiwan, customers may return items within 7 days without providing a reason, provided the goods are unused and in original condition. Our global 30-day return policy applies.

Singapore, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Indonesia
While local practices in these regions commonly support returns within 7 to 14 days, we offer a 30-day return period for all eligible purchases, exceeding the standard.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days with a clear photo or video.
We will ship replacement parts free of charge.

If you prefer a full return, return shipping is your responsibility.

If you received the wrong item, we will cover return shipping and offer either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A correct replacement


Change of Mind / Personal Preference Returns

You may return a product for personal reasons within 7 days of receipt.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping and a processing fee equivalent to $20 USD will apply

The processing fee is charged in your local currency based on the following examples:

  • £15.6 for United Kingdom orders

  • €18.5 for Germany orders

  • C$27 for Canada orders

  • A$30 for Australia orders

Original shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable


Non-Delivery Cases

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time and the tracking status is stuck or unavailable for more than 10 days, we’ll either:

  • Reship the order, or

  • Issue a full refund if delivery cannot be completed


Return Shipping for International Orders

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for all eligible returns, including international orders, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item received).


Duties & Import Taxes on Returns

Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees paid upon delivery are non-refundable.
Please contact your local customs office to inquire if such fees are eligible for refund in your country.


Return Address

Return addresses vary by product type and shipping region.
Please contact support@ycsabers.com to obtain the correct return address.
Do not return to the address on your package unless instructed.


Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 36 hours of return confirmation.
Funds typically appear in your account within 5–15 business days, depending on your bank.
Credit card/PayPal processing fees (if charged) are non-refundable.
